Operations
Carrying out emergent or ongoing operational needs that support the daily flow of activities:

  • Evaluating or building operating systems and processes

  • Supporting service delivery to clients/ customers

  • Administering and monitoring management platforms (e.g. Monday.com)

Program Management & Strategy
Ensuring programs/initiatives are aligned with the intended audience and impact in mind:

  • Designing and preparing a new program/initiative for launch

  • Implementing the life cycle of a program/initiative

  • Developing procceses to evaluate the performance or impact of a program/ initiative

Jada Woodley

FOUNDER & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

For the past eight years, I’ve managed projects, initiatives, and programs that generate impactful outcomes for businesses, organizations, and communities in and outside the US. I’ve worked across the public and social sectors, but my experiences working with innovative startups, brick-and-mortar businesses, and social impact organizations inspired me to create brdgwork. 

brdgwork is an approach I’ve applied to my own life—engaging with experiences and people that expand my mindset, and allow me to reimagine what’s possible. I also consider brdgwork a framework to build and align mechanisms that allow mission-driven businesses/organizations to transform and scale sustainably.

As an independent contractor, I work part-time supporting project-based work (freelancing) or long term engagement efforts (fractional). Outside of brdgwork, I’m a creative hobbyist and embrace slow living. I’m based out of Chicago, IL.
