  • Sourcing and pursuing partnership, funding, or procurement opportunities

  • Developing short and long-term engagement strategies

  • Managing prospective intakes and ongoing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Operations
Carrying out emergent or ongoing operational needs that support the daily flow of activities:

  • Evaluating or building operating systems and processes

  • Supporting service delivery to clients/ customers

  • Administering and monitoring management platforms (e.g. Monday.com)

Program Management & Strategy
Ensuring programs/initiatives are aligned with the intended audience and impact in mind:

  • Designing and preparing a new program/initiative for launch

  • Implementing the life cycle of a program/initiative

  • Developing procceses to evaluate the performance or impact of a program/ initiative

For the past eight years I’ve worked as a project and program manager in the social impact space— including five years of supporting small businesses and building relationships in entrepreneurial communities.

I’m committed to working with businesses that positively contribute to local economies, and that support people in being their full selves. I created brdgwork as a space for reimagining, and an approach for bridging gaps between strategy, operating systems and day-to-day activities.

As an independent contractor, I work part-time on freelance and fractional engagement models. Outside of brdgwork, I’m a creative hobbyist that centers slow living a much as possible. I’m based in Chicago, IL.
